As we are always trying to improve our service to our loyal customers, we have moved our website to a better, much faster web hosting server. In doing this, we apologise if you have noticed some slight downtime or delays within the last 24hours, although this was unavoidable while we were moving our website. Good news is, our systems are all back up and running 100% faster now.
If you have tried to email us within the last day or so (between 10th and 12th May 2016), and have not had a response from us, please feel free to forward your email to us again, as there is a chance some emails may have been “lost in a black hole” while the server migration was taking place. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can do respond to your queries as quickly as possible, so far it appears no emails were lost in the migration.
