We have only had our machine a couple of days so cannot review machine as we have yet to commission it ..but it physically looks in amazing condition and seems to be as described and specified. Wow I had been searching for some time for a refurbished laptop and read many reviews on multiple sellers. OMG I was not disappointed in what I received. It arrived that was quick packaged well. The package arrived in Dunedin within three working days from the North Island and trust me when I say it was “well packaged! Prior to arrival Mike sent me an email setting out details of the sale and upon payment received an official receipt. Although I didnt buy the most expensive item, i was absolutely treated as if I had! Well done Mike for going the extra mile, I definitely appreciated it and highly recommend this company to all.
There wasn’t a curve ball I could throw at the team that made them so much as flinch, and I threw plenty given my lack of computing knowledge and dealing with solar and batteries but Mike’s knowledge just made the whole process so easy and stress free.
