Mike was great to deal with, and when I had an issue while setting up (my fault) Mike was back to me super quick with instructions to resolve my setup issue.

Felt reassured that refurbishment is done thoroughly (unlike a previous experience from another tech shop) as a detailed explanation is online. Full descriptions attached to refurbished items for purchase, easy to add additions and items are very reasonably priced. Order processed Monday afternoon, Courier picked up Wednesday afternoon, received Thursday morning, plug and play straight away. Very happy.

The Laptop arrived and I was thrilled with the condition. It was just like new! I also requested Linux Mint to be installed instead of Windows and they did this for free. Everything was setup and I could use it with ease. They even threw in a free memory stick and sweets! The Laptop arrived super quick and was carefully packaged. I am super happy with ‘everything’.
