These people are very genuine, you can trust them with your eyes closed. I recently bought an HP laptop, so the laptop is in very good condition and is running very fast. I have not faced any problem so far, I am giving this review after a week of buying the laptop.

I stuffed it up when placing my initial order for this and ended up with a smaller SSD than I intended. I discussed this problem with Mike from Hungry PC who agreed for me to return the machine for an upgrade. He was a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. The swap took a matter of days (mainly allowing for transport back and forth and a weekend) and here I am with my perfect replacement. This is the 2nd one I have purchased from Hungry PC and I am rapt in their attitude and service. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a fine product for a bargain price.

My order for a refubished laptop was promptly processed. A helpful phone call advising me not to change the battery as the existing one is relatively new and would not be a problem. Besides the system was thoroughly tested. I received the parcel faster than expected. Very well packed. The laptop grade A looks as good as new. I like the fact that the laptop was already set up and ready to be used once connected to the wifi and internet services. Overall am very pleased with the purchase and honesty of staff saving me buying a new battery. The difference was refunded immediately and bank accounted reflected next working day. Would recommend anyone to purchase a refurbished system with higher operating specifications at extremely affordable prices.
