I am writing this review as a very very happy hungrypc customer! Was looking to replace the Hungrypc computer bought about 6 years ago which is still working fine but felt it was time for an update. The particular Hungry pc item listed on their web site notes "more coming soon" so I rang to see when they were arriving. Mike answered the phone and straight away liked his manner and cheerfullness. I was advised a week or two for the new stock but he said it was a shame to wait and within a few minutes he had offered me the next valued up item with a discounted price which I happily accepted. The package arrived in Dunedin within three working days from the North Island and trust me when I say it was "well packaged! Prior to arrival Mike sent me an email setting out details of the sale and upon payment received an official receipt. Although I didnt buy the most expensive item, i was absolutely treated as if I had! Well done Mike for going the extra mile, I definitely appreciated it and highly recommend this company to all.

Wow, what a total breath of fresh air. Buying from HungryPC has restored my faith in genuinely friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable customer service. There wasn't a curve ball I could throw at the team that made them so much as flinch, and I threw plenty given my lack of computing knowledge and dealing with solar and batteries but Mike's knowledge just made the whole process so easy and stress free.
