As an Online Store, we have been shipping computers of all shapes and sizes for many, many years. Keeping your product as safe as possible during transit, is our top priority. We use a combination of tried-and-tested packaging methods to ensure your computer arrives in perfect shape, and use fully tracked, signature required delivery. We hope you like fragile stickers, because we’re gonna put a bunch of them on that box!

As soon as your PC is shipped out, our couriers will send you a personalized tracking link so you can follow it’s progress. You can always contact your local Courier branch to arrange alternative delivery if you won’t be home, or you can have us send to your workplace, or other more convenient address.

Yes! We are more than happy to supply your next PC purchase with your favorite choice of Linux distribution or other operating system. Simply select your prefered option when making your purchase, and we will load it for you before shipping.

We try to make things super simple, once your machine arrives you’ll find a FREE WiFi Adapter included in the package, alongside a Power Cord. Next steps are to simply connect these along with your Keyboard, Mouse and Monitor into the unit. You can either use your existing Keyboard, Mouse and Monitor to effectively treat this PC as an “Upgrade Box” or these can be purchased as an extra with your order. Once you have everything connected, you can turn on the machine and enjoy it, the rest has been done for you already, operating system will be loaded, ready for you to connect to your WiFi and install your programs, check your emails and browse the internet. Easy!

If you have any doubts at all, we have a range of high performance Air Cooler solutions available and we can swap to an Air Cooler for you, on any of our gaming machines at your request, just ask!

Our online shop is open 24/7 for you to buy any products listed on our site. All orders are processed and shipped daily from our Hamilton warehouse Monday to Friday (excluding some holiday periods). Most orders for “In Stock” products that are placed before 2:00pm are collected by our couriers the same day, as long as no customizations or additional parts are required to fulfill the order. Each of our Custom Built PC’s are hand crafted and individually tested which typically takes 2-3 days (approx.) before shipment, ensuring you get the best quality PC possible.
