Yes! Simply grab our optional setup service for just $49 and we will perform all initial setup steps for you before shipping, including loading all latest security updates and drivers, updating the Antivirus and loading free software such as Google Chrome, Zoom, VLC, PDF Reader, to get you up and running, straight out of the box. You’ll even be able to make and edit Word, Excel & PowerPoint files with LibreOffice, a Microsoft compatible office suite, for free!

Once you have everything connected, you can turn on the machine and enjoy it, the rest has been done for you already, operating system will be loaded, ready for you to connect to your WiFi and install your programs, check your emails and browse the internet. Easy!

Our online shop is open 24/7 for you to buy any products listed on our site. All orders are processed and shipped daily from our Hamilton warehouse Monday to Friday (excluding some holiday periods). Most orders for “In Stock” products that are placed before 12:00pm are collected by our couriers the same day, as long as no customizations or additional parts are required to fulfill the order. Each of our Custom Built PC’s are hand crafted and individually tested which typically takes 2-3 days (approx.) before shipment, ensuring you get the best quality PC possible. Please note, complex builds may require a little extra time.

We use a combination of tried-and-tested packaging methods to ensure your product arrives in perfect shape, and use fully tracked, signature required delivery.
