All orders are shipping as per normal on a regular basis!
As an essential provider based in Hamilton, we are shipping out all orders in a contactless manner as per the government guidelines.
What are we doing to protect you?
Every product we order from our suppliers is fully cleaned and sanitized before we work on it, to ensure our own safety, we consider this an initial, baseline clean.
Furthermore, we are taking every recommended precaution as outlined on the official website at covid19.govt.nz including use of gloves, mask etc where necessary.
After all these processes are complete to keep your goods clean, and us safe, we do a “pre-shipping cleanse” where we once again wipe down all goods before being shipped to you, with an antibacterial cleaner.
There is zero contact between staff and customers, as we are a fully online based store, no pickup facilities, every product is shipped via courier.
All orders are shipped to your door via courier as we are an online-only based store. Our drivers will facilitate contactless delivery during this time for your safety. Please always be keeping the best social distancing practices in mind, such as keeping 2 meters away from your courier delivery driver.
How does contact-less delivery work?
- Our couriers delivery driver arrives at your premises and alerts you that they have arrived e.g. knock on your door
- Our couriers delivery driver will stand about 2 meters away from you and ask for your name, then they will enter it and sign then CV-19 on your behalf (this will show in the tracking information)
- They’ll then place your parcel down in front of them to complete the delivery or in a more appropriate place you indicate e.g. the doorstep
As usual, if you aren’t present when our delivery driver arrives, they will leave a missed delivery card.
While we always strive to do everything we can to get your items dispatched quickly, please be patient with deliveries. The courier companies are having a high volume of parcels and are working extremely hard. There may be delays along the way while working through new systems and practices of safe delivery.
For the most part, we are seeing delivery timeframes of approx 2-3 working days, but some parts of the country can see delays up to 7-10 working days.
