The little 11.6″ HP Pavilion Quad Core, 500GB HDD with Touch Screen + Tablet Mode is the latest of several machines I have purchased from hungryPC over the past few years. Shortly after I received it a Microsoft update caused problems with the touch screen driver, and my email enquiry to Mike was answered within a couple of hours and the remedy described. Within five minutes the problem was solved. Now that just has to be the fastest warranty repair I have ever experienced in my life, and it says a lot for their responsiveness and technical expertise. Over several purchases they have repeatedly proved that they not only know their business well, but they are also completely worth trusting to do what they say they will do.
