The little 11.6″ HP Pavilion Quad Core, 500GB HDD with Touch Screen + Tablet Mode is the latest of several machines I have purchased from hungryPC over the past few years. Yet again they have demonstrated why I keep going back to them. This little unit is in immaculate condition, beautifully set up and ready for use. Shortly after I received it a Microsoft update caused problems with the touch screen driver, and my email enquiry to Mike was answered within a couple of hours and the remedy described. Within five minutes the problem was solved. Now that just has to be the fastest warranty repair I have ever experienced in my life, and it says a lot for their responsiveness and technical expertise.
